Li Xiaobo Completes The 2018 World Marathon Challenge Posted on February 6, 2018

Li Xiaobo, from China, braved the 2018 World Marathon Challenge by completing the final leg of the 7 marathons in 7 continent in 5hr 50min 12sec, in Miami, coming in 25th position, in the race, as well.
It was an everyday marathon race to be run in different parts of the continents, starting from Antarctica, which is one of the toughest in the world to run. In total, all participants have to cover 295.37km, in 7 days. Everyday, they have to run a marathon and they are not to beyond the 8hr limit for each marathon.
Li Xiaobo, came in as the fastest second participant from China in the Miami Marathon of World Marathon Challenge. Kelvin Wong, a friend of Li, recommended Coach Rameshon for this specific super endurance training, especially to do with running itself.
Coach Rameshon was doing personal training for Li. During the training, he was training alongside Li to give him the motivation to complete and suggested some tips to ensure a completion of the marathon, without getting sickness and injury.
Li was very happy and he messaged Coach Rameshon with a picture of Flexifitness singlet in Miami.
