  1. We structure our Programme based on our own scientific research done by Coach Rameshon on Heart rate to help athletes achieve their best. To improve speed through various training methods:
    • Improve agility (Using equipment and without as well)
    • Postural Running (Hand & Leg technique)

    To expedite progress in running in an enjoyable manner.

  2. Running Group –  consist of the highest number of sub-3 hours marathoners in our group
  3. Training programme to suit working adults and students.
