The Weight Management Programme helps you achieve your ideal weight. Training is available as a group, or on a one-to-one basis. Training dates and timings are via appointment.
Training Dates For Group Programme
Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Venue will be at CCAB and the time of the training will be at 6 30pm to 8pm.
- Training involves brisk walking, jogging and running. Coach Rameshon will deduce ones’ training by finding out your exercise pattern in the past.
