  • To enable to achieve their ideal weight by giving a training programme and a diet programme.
  • To build strength and flexibility and strength through yoga exercises and weights programme.

The Weight Management Programme helps you achieve your ideal weight. Training is available as a group, or on a one-to-one basis. Training dates and timings are via appointment.

Training Dates For Group Programme

Tuesdays and Thursdays

  • Venue will be at CCAB and the time of the training will be at 6 30pm to 8pm.
  • Training involves brisk walking, jogging and running. Coach Rameshon will deduce ones’ training by finding out of your exercise pattern in the past.
