M. Rameshon now keeps fit even at 52 years of age.

The SEA Games marathon was held in Malaysia, in the morning, today. The Men’s race, was held at 6am.

In the race, the National Marathon Record time of 2hr 24min 22sec set by M. Rameshon, in the same event held in Thailand, in year 1995 is still intact. M. Rameshon also has a local best time of 2hr 34min 02sec for Singapore International Record held from 1994, in Singapore.

Mok Ying Ren had to balance work with training and he did his best by coming in 7th, overall, with a time of 2hr 44min 31sec.
